Inside the unit, striking Tasmanian Oak flooring with a satin gloss finish was used while the raked, inclined ceiling adds a sense of depth to the space. The living area makes best use of the limited space, finished with a solid wood fire heater that creates a homely feel. The bedroom was also cleverly designed with grand floor to ceiling wardrobes where one wardrobe door acts as the passageway into the concealed ensuite.
On the exterior, COLORBOND® cladding in Shale Grey was fitted that looks on trend and sophisticated while being extremely low maintenance. Decking at the back of the unit was built using durable Merbau hardwood timber complete with stainless-steel wire balustrade where residents can sit and enjoy the beautiful view of Stony Creek.
